The staff at the church at tuscaloosa threw a tacky christmas sweater.  It was extra tacky and awesome.  We had a blast.  I am so blessed to have friends and co-workers like I do.

TEN out of TENN

I love finding artist that are so stinking good but yet not a lot of people have heard of them yet.  Some of my favorite artist came together for a couple tours this year called Ten out of TENN.  The concert was amazing and every single artist was awesome in their own right.  My favorite is Andy Davis.  You can find out more about the other artist here.

The Dowell Session

Our friend Jordan from Michigan came down for a visit.  We setup a make shift indoor studio and had a little photo session.  Jordan is starting at Moody in Jan. in Chicago.  Jordan is such a great friend and person.  Jordan is just getting into photography and he took some great shots of me.  It was weird being on the opposite side of the lens. Thanks for making the drive - Grace and peace to you my friend.  

Thanksgiving Part 1

Earlier today we served meals at a church in downtown Nashville. It was a great reminder to me of how thankful I am. I have never had to worry about food, clothes, or shelter. We are so blessed with those that surround us. Our friends, family, church, and work. We are in Nashville right now and enjoying our time with family. It has been so great spending quality time with the ones we love. Hope all of you are soaking in life this weak and living it to it's fullest. Grace and Peace.

Monica and Ben were so fun to work with.  We found some great places to shoot downtown and the new camera turned out some great results.  They are getting married in Dec just a couple weeks away.  The place where they are getting married is so beautiful it will be an awesome place to shoot.  Best Wishes.

Civil Rights

Last week I went to Birmingham to walk through the civil rights institute.  What a powerful exhibit.  The images are from the park across the street.  The statues were such a great visual reminder for me.  I will let the images speak for themselves.  If you haven't been to the institute I highly recommend it.
