The day we were scheduled to shoot outdoors the clouds came in and rain came tumbling down.  So we went with the flow and did the photos indoors.  As you can see from the photos Meagen is a ton of fun to work with and her personality just comes screaming out.    I am editing their wedding photos from this last Saturday and can't wait to show them to you.  

The Littleton Family - Tuscaloosa Family Photographer

We met the Littleton's only a couple weeks ago but we had an instant connection and they are becoming dear friends of ours.  Bret helped out a ton on our stage project.  When I first met Jennifer I said to myself "who does this person look like."  I figured it out - Winnie from the wonder years - I believe she is her long lost identical twin.  What a beautiful family and beautiful people.

Sorry for so few blog updates lately I have been busy in a remodeling project at church - The Church at Tuscaloosa.  We started with some ideas and we put some blood, sweat, and tears to it and it is almost there.  Here is a pic of our progress.  If you are looking for a church in Tuscaloosa we are located on watermelon road across from sokol park.

Loveless Cafe

Melissa and I went up to Nashville to visit her family and we got a chance to eat at a famous local place just outside franklin.  Loveless cafe has world famous biscuits.  I am also a personal fan of their fried chicken and just wish I had room for their peanut butter pie.  If you are ever in that area you don't want to pass it up.

Scott & Jessica Lauren Engaged - Alabama Photographer

Scott is a dear friend of mine so when he asked if I could capture the moment he asked Jessica to marry him - I was in.  This was my first time getting the moment of the "ask."  It was beautifully done.  I am so happy and excited for the two of them.  They are great people with amazing hearts that love people.

What an honor to capture baby Liam at 3 weeks old.  If you follow this blog look a couple of blog posts ago and you will see that I did the maternity pics.  The night of the maternity session - little Liam was ready to say hello world.  Talk about timing.  We are so happy for the new parents and what an addition with baby Liam.
